Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

 

Shipping Time & Rates

 

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days after it has been shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.


 

Important Notes

 

  • Business Days: All processing and shipping timelines are calculated in business days (Monday - Friday). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Courier Delays: Please note that the 2-4 day delivery window is an estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, incorrect shipping addresses, or other factors outside of our control.
