We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your order arrives with damage that occurred during transit or if an item is missing, we are here to help, provided you follow the specific claim procedure below.
To file a claim, you MUST provide a full 360° unboxing video.

🎥 The Required Unboxing Video
This video is mandatory proof for any claim of damage or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid video will not be considered.
Your video must meet these requirements:

Be Continuous: The video must be one single, unedited recording from start to finish. (No pauses, cuts, or edits).

Show the Unopened Package: Start the video by showing the unopened parcel from all angles, clearly displaying the shipping label and sealed packaging.

Show the Opening Process: Clearly film the entire process of opening the box or parcel.

Display the Items: Once open, show the product(s) inside, focusing clearly on any alleged damage or demonstrating that an item is missing.
This process protects both you (the customer) and us (the seller) and is the only way to verify a claim
